Namaste! I'm Samantha, or Sammy, a passionate yoga instructor dedicated to guiding students on their journey to holistic well-being. As a trained dancer I began my Yoga journey over 10 years ago and fell in love with the practice. My teaching style is all about listening to your body to find your inner flow, and see yoga as a powerful tool for self-discovery, healing, and transformation. Through mindful movement, breath awareness, and meditation, I aim to create a nurturing space where students can connect with their bodies, quieten their minds, and tap into their inner wisdom.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, my classes meet you where you are and support you in your journey. From gentle Hatha, to dynamic Vinyasa flow to restorative Yin, each class is thoughtfully crafted to cultivate strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
